The kind of day it has been

My life can be described as on-track currently. I am trying to invent myself, not find myself. My purpose does not exist somewhere in the universe waiting to be found, like some galactic hide-and-go-seek. No, it arrives piecemeal, day by day. I just need the wisdom to accept it or reject it.

But, I must say this: life was not meant to be lived alone. Family is great. Family is God's built-in mechanism so your life does not start out alone. Friends are better. The more friends you have, the more you are loved you feel - and the more you can spread those feeling around. If one spoke breaks down, another friend can take it's place.

A great love, I believe, is the key to life. Love allows you to filter out the day to day and allows you to find happiness. A great love compliments a great life.

This was totally random.

Jackson had a great birthday. He walks all over the place and now is not so chubby because of it. Everyone was happy to see me as well. I met Becky's boyfriend Mike. He seems perfectly normal and adores Becky. I would say the party was a smashing success.
