Stupid Saturday

What a waste of a day. I have been getting sick for the past 15 hours. I haven't been this sick is a good long while. Usually after a while, water and crackers start to do their job. But I have not been able to keep down anything, including aspirin.

Since I am going through a "just got sick, feel fine for the next few minutes" spurt, I decdided to throw out a quick update.

So I am little bogged down with this project for work. I need to come up with a solution for a client involving a CRM program - used for tracking customers. They have very specific needs and it appears the only solution available is only for Macs. This makes things difficult for us because: 1) I would be seriously cut out of the loop for this client if they switched over to Macs 2) requires them to purchase 3 new Mac workstations, besides a server, 3) sigifigant learning curve for current and future employees. But, the contact person at this company leans towards Macs so it might not be that hard of a sell.

By the way, their specific need from the program is to link contacts via relationships. Know that Customer x was referred by Investor y, etc. that Investor y's office manager is person z and that person z was once worked for customer x.

So Match.com membership will be ending soon. I already chose not to renew. It is quite expensive and no exactly what I need at the moment.

My TLC crackers from Trader Joes are so good and probably good for me. However, what I need at the moment is an IV drip. Or some ginger ale.

Oh, and completely crazy: Mary Alice (roomate), Chris (Kurt's friend whom I met freshman year of college as well) and I ALL have the same birthday! Chris is a year older but Mary A-rod and me are exactly the same. It's more of a freaky coincedence for Kurt, since he is the common link for all of us.
